Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Brick Light District include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing components upon arrival
  • Items damaged during transit

In addition to our warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What's not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper assembly
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Issues arising from incorrect storage or use outside intended purpose

Warranty Claims

To request warranty support, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number and purchase date
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Important Notes

  • Claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after an issue is identified to allow us to assist effectively
  • We may request additional information (such as photos or videos) to help assess the issue
  • Where appropriate, items may be required to be returned for inspection or verification
  • All outcomes are provided in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
