Return Conditions and Costs

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Returns that affect resale or secondary sales are not accepted

  • Change of Mind returns are not accepted.

  • For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are not in original condition

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
